She is my weight loss idol!

This is what i’m really trying to look like! Look at her toned tummy! We’re probably the same bust size so this body can be a possibility!
I don’t know if any of you care. I want to explain myself for leaving.I felt like looking at thin girls in amazing clothes was more harmful than helping me. I felt envious and I felt like the results in my weight loss journey weren’t quick enough. I realize weight loss is a long process and you can’t rush it but I wasn’t feeling motivated.
I have set my goal weight to a more reasonable goal (120 lbs) I’m about 134 now. I’m so close and on a brighter note; I’m feeling motivated!
My Diet: I went from 188 to 134. That is insane. I’m half the person I was! I used an unhealthy way to lose the weight however. I was starving myself. The weight dropped but it wasn’t fat. It was my muscle. My body right now isn’t good. Although i’m thin my body is “flabby”. That’s why I changed my methods. I began a very high protein and very low carb diet. Much like the Atkins Diet. I also began walking my dogs a mile everyday, then doing ab Pilates and finishing off with a jog on my treadmill, but that is just my morning routine. Every night before bed I’m starting to do more Pilates and crunches.
My diet consists of eggs (They’re my best friends!!), mozzarella cheese on the eggs and fish. It’s a very high protein diet and it leaves me satisfied and full.
This is longer than I expected, but I hope you’re all doing well and staying healthy! Remember, don’t get discouraged! You’re going to get that dream body but you must stay motivated!!
